In order to distribute your rooms with Hotelbeds, you first need to create an account with us.List your property here. Please note that there is a minimum requirement of 10 rooms to sign up.
After listing your property, you will receive three confirmation emails with:
A registration summary with your hotel information and the Hotelbeds T&Cs.
An email with your Hotelbeds Channel Manager credentials to be informed in Amadeus platform during the connection process.
An email with your Hotelbeds Partner Portal credentials where you will be able to upload your content and complete your Onboarding.
Go ahead and map your roomsand rates following the Step 2.
Go to the ‘Channel Configuration‘ option and select ‘Configure New Channel‘.
Search and select Hotelbeds as a channel to add and click on ‘Next: Enter Channel Credentials‘.
Introduce your Hotelbeds details and click on ‘Next: Configure Channel Settings‘.

Select the rate plan and map it against the room type to be managed.
Match the Channel room type with the Hotelbeds room type.
Inform the room occupancy by selecting the maximum number of people for each room type.
Configure the PMS code to manage your reservations.
Review and confirm your Channel settings. If you need to make any adjustments, click on ‘Edit‘ under ‘Default Rate Plan Settings’.
Once saved, the system automatically implements the channel and configures the mapping in the Channel Manager. A full 365 ARI Sync will be then distributed out to the newly mapped Hotelbeds products on our Partner Portal.
Complete the following details: 2.1 General Information: Hotel descriptions in English and in your local language. 2.2 Hotel facilities and services. 2.3 Room facilities and number of pax distribution. 2.4 Hotel and Room pictures (min. 12 pictures/ min 800 px wide).
