If a service cannot be confirmed on the first attempt, the system will automatically retry, increasing the likelihood of success without requiring manual intervention.

Clear Post-Confirmation Communication

Following confirmation, a detailed summary outlines confirmed and unsuccessful services alongside actionable next steps. This ensures distributors can respond quickly and efficiently.

Offering Alternatives to Maximise Conversion

When a service cannot be confirmed, a dedicated “Search for alternatives” option allows distributors to identify suitable replacements directly from the confirmation screen.

The online check-in option is displayed as a QR code on the booking voucher. Thanks to the enhanced confirmation flow and itinerary view, vouchers can be accessed and downloaded easily. Simply select “Documents” from a confirmed booking and choose “Voucher” from the pop-up menu.
