Direct access to service details and vouchers: Each service can be accessed directly from the itinerary, saving time and simplifying ways of working.
Simple voucher downloads: Download all vouchers at once or individually to efficiently provide customers with essential documentation.
Easy itinerary sharing: Share the complete itinerary with travellers, offering a comprehensive overview of their trip and included services.

Looking ahead, we are finalising major functional upgrades, including a new confirmation flow and the ability to search for alternatives directly from the confirmation page.
These booking infrastructure improvements are part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing how travel distributors manage complex, multi-service bookings within the Hotelbeds Booking Engine.
Once “Confirm” is selected, a confirmation modal displays a real-time progress bar with status indicators for each service. Confirmed and unsuccessful services are clearly identified, improving transparency and reducing the need for manual follow-up.
If a service cannot be confirmed on the first attempt, the system will automatically retry, increasing the likelihood of success without requiring manual intervention.
Following confirmation, a detailed summary outlines confirmed and unsuccessful services alongside actionable next steps. This ensures distributors can respond quickly and efficiently.
When a service cannot be confirmed, a dedicated “Search for alternatives” option allows distributors to identify suitable replacements directly from the confirmation screen.
Together, these improvements reduce booking errors, minimise friction, and help recover potential lost sales—strengthening confidence when managing complex itineraries.
Please note: In the initial phase, the new confirmation flow will apply only to the Credit booking flow. The Web Prepay flow (Book Now, Pay Later / Pay Now) will be included in a future release.
