    Step 1 - Creating a Hotelbeds account

    1. In order to distribute your rooms with Hotelbeds, you first need to create an account with us. List your property here. 
      Please note that there is a minimum requirement of 10 rooms to sign up. 
       
    2. After listing your property, you will receive three confirmation emails with:
      • A registration summary with your hotel information and the Hotelbeds T&Cs.
      • An email with your Hotelbeds Channel Manager credentials to be informed in Amadeus platform during the connection process.
      • An email with your Hotelbeds Partner Portal credentials where you will be able to upload your content and complete your Onboarding.
         
    3. Go ahead and map your rooms and rates following the Step 2.

    1. Add Hotelbeds to your Channel Manager. Log in to SiteMinder platform, go to Distribution > Channels > Hotelbeds.
    2. Make sure you have rates created on the Hotelbeds Portal Partner.
    3. Map your rates to Hotelbeds.
    4. Check your inventory and enable Hotelbeds.
    5. Enable Hotelbeds to start sending all updates:
      • Go to Distribution > Channels tab
      • You will land on the "My channels" tab. Locate Hotelbeds and click on the ellipsis button (...) at its right.
      • Select "Update channel settings" from the Channel Actions menu.
      • Click on "Enable connection to Hotelbeds"
      • Don't forget to click on "Save"

    Step 3 - Complete the hotel Content

    1. Login to Hotelbeds Partner Portal.
    2. Complete the following details:
      2.1    General Information: Hotel descriptions in English and in your local language.
      2.2    Hotel facilities and services.
      2.3    Room facilities and number of pax distribution.
      2.4    Hotel and Room pictures (min. 12 pictures/ min 800 px wide).
