And to help us manage your enquiry even more quickly, it’s helpful if you add a description that explains the question you have a little more. Also, don’t forget to include your booking reference where it shows it is mandatory to do so!

We also want to take the opportunity to tell you that the email noshow@hotelbeds.com is no longer in use. To tell us about a ‘no show’, please use the web form available in Maxiroom and choose the reason Booking. The form will be sent to the appropriate hotel support team, depending on where your hotel is located.
