Improving Maxiroom to help drive up competitiveness as we look forward to recovery!
We’ve two important updates to share with you about improvements we’ve made to Maxiroom!
The first is that following the creation of the ‘create new room type’ option in Maxiroom last month, you can now add these new rooms to your existing rates!

The second is that the ability to extend the dates for an existing rate has recently been opened in many more contracts, without the need for any additional action from your commercial account, where acceptable conditions allow*.
And the process couldn’t be simpler! Simply make sure that the dates selected for the extension are similar to the ones booked in the previous year, enter the ‘date from’ and ‘date to’ details, choose the rooms required and whether the conditions (ie rates, availability, release, supplements, discounts, cancellation policy) are increasing or decreasing and then the extended contract will be open and on sale!

* If the option is not active, please check with your Hotelbeds’ Account Manager if the commercial conditions for that rate allow the date extension option.
