If you have any doubts about a booking, please do contact our hotel support team using the web form available in MaxiRoom. With the MaxiRoom contact web form, you can also choose the appropriate booking sub-reason that matches your query, including registering any ‘no show’ communications.
And finally, due to the on-going volatility being caused by the pandemic, please make sure you keep us informed – through your account manager – about the opening and closing dates of your hotel(s).
