    Chatbot and LiveChat launch

    As part of our commitment to you, we have launched a combined set of self-service tools called SelfSeT to simplify how you work with us.

    Within this SelfSet initiative we have already launched two new tools across the great majority of our global markets, allowing clients to:

    •    Meet Bedsy, our new virtual assistant chatbot for Hotelbeds clients that updates you on active bookings and can even provide  supplier confirmation number. With Bedsy, we can point you in the right direction for many of your day-to-day booking queries!
    •    Consult with us via LiveChat: although Bedsy can answer most questions, you might still need to speak with us for more complex requests. This is where our LiveChat service comes in: the instant-messaging tool connects you with our experts and saves you having to contact us by telephone.
